kindergarten concert

Last night marked another milestone for Dylan and more proof that they grow up way too fast. The kindergarten classes at Dylan's school performed a concert. They sang songs welcoming the incoming kindergarteners, and at the end, the Principal promoted them to first grade. It was just adorable, as they sang their little hearts out with gusto to a jam packed auditorium filled with proud teary parents, grandparents, siblings and friends.

Hopefully our video footage came out much better than these pictures I got. Its abundantly clear from these the time has come to shop for a new digital camera, as were were only about two rows back and they still came out pretty poorly. My little flash just couldn't handle the job. I'll try to figure out how to upload some video clips this weekend (or shall I say, Andrew will probably head that one up). Meanwhile, here are a couple of stills from the evenings events. I wish we had taken a family shot since Grandma and Grandpa drove out for the occasion too.

Dylan and his buddy Matthew before the show:

I'm ready for the show!

Dylan is to the far left, 2nd row up.

Second row from the top, far left.

We're so proud of you, buddy!
